Originally built in 1920, this house now boasts a brand new open concept kitchen with high end utilities, up dated bathrooms with built in tile showers, three bedrooms, a dedicated laundry room, outdoor patio with picnic table and a fire pit. The property is secluded and private offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for your Keuka lake get away.

This house has a suite with a king bed, mini-kitchen, and a full bath (shower). There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a separate bath (tub/shower). There is a large living room, a full eat-in kitchen and an outdoor grill. Extra seating is available on the deck overlooking the lake. A separate rental unit (Keuka Beach House) along the lake has a shared beach and dock that is a one-minute walk down the hill.

Come and sit on the Veranda with a glass of wine and some cheese. You will be one block from restaurants and shops and 2 blocks from a public beach for swimming and fishing on Beautiful Keuka Lake.
