Dog friendly there are many walks to explore right on your doorstep. We live next door and are always available for info.

Beautiful, interesting interior with thousands of books. Central heating and wood burning stove. Original range in kitchen, two double bedrooms with a double bed each, both with an extra single bed. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge. Overlooking a bird feeding area with frequent visits from red squirrels.

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. We are located in the centre of Aberfeldy very close to the birks cinema, shops, pubs,restaurants, parks, putting green, golf course and swimming pool. There is also a bus stop nearby with hourly buses to Perth. Our 3 bedroom house has been sympathetically renovated to retain many original features. There is an enclosed rear garden which is perfect for enjoying summer evenings with garden furniture, barbecue and chiminea. Also very safe for your pets and small children.
