North Lodge is a charming/cozy 1890's gate house

North Lodge is a late 19th century gate house, belonging to the Guyzance Hall Estate. It has been fully refurbished bringing it up to modern standards, but still retaining its old charm. With a cozy wood burner, there is a spacious living room and a beautiful kitchen leading out on to a south facing court yard, with a large garden surrounding it, and its own drive. The cottage is situated at the east end of the small hamlet of Guyzance, close to Walkworth and the beautiful Northumberland coast.

Orchard Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Warkworth. It's a 5 minute walk away from the River Coquet and Warkworth Hermitage. The famous Warkworth Castle and village centre are only 15 minutes away by foot and the stunning Warkworth Beach is only 10 minutes by car from our cottages. The location of the Meadow Cottage allows for an easy access to water sports. There are two bedrooms upstairs, living room, a wood burner, kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Wildhope View is a cosy, romantic retreat with spectacular views of the rolling hills of the Aln valley and the, “18 arches” viaduct built in 1849 by Robert Stephenson.

Ulgham Grange Holiday Cottage, Northumberland

Beautiful rural cottage in the small village of Ulgham just outside Morpeth. This old railway house is situated at the Ulgham Grange Railway crossing within the beautiful Northumberland country side with access to lovely walks straight out the door. We have the pleasure of seeing classic steam engines such as the Royal Scot travelling passed from the comfort of the upstairs bedrooms. Very clean beaches of Cresswell and Druridge bay are easily accessible by car and bicycle.

The east wing of the Old Vicarage in Acklington dates back to 1861 and combines traditional charm with a modern restyling. Known as Stanley Cottage, it has its own completely separate access and amenities. It’s warm, comfortable and welcoming, offering plenty of space for guests to relax. Just minutes away by car from the beautiful Northumberland coast, castles and traditional villages, it’s the ideal base for a holiday enjoying the best Northumberland has to offer.

The Hogglet - a perfect coastal getaway

The Hogglet provides a cosy, comfortable retreat for two people. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with an en-suite and a homely living space. Off street parking, guest patio and garden. Two small dogs or one medium dog (labrador size) welcome. We are surrounded by beautiful walks including the river Coquet and the breathtaking beaches. A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

The Ram is an off-grid shepherd’s hut made for simple, sky-gazing stays. Wake to birdsong, brew coffee in the kitchenette, then linger over breakfast on the covered deck. Spend slow afternoons reading or spotting deer, and slide into the Swedish wood-fired hot tub as dusk falls and dark skies blaze through the roof window. Inside, natural timber, a small stove and snug double bed keep things cosy. Leave the clock behind and let fire, forest and stars set the pace.
