Free Standing Cottages with private splash pool and bbq area. The large bedroom features a King size bed with en-suite shower. Enjoy self-catering facilities in the equipped kitchen leading onto the lounge area. Due to safety measures around pool, no children under 12 years are allowed. All safari arrangements must be booked exclusively through Hitgeheim. Outside safari operators are not permitted, as they do not meet the standard associated with our guest experience.

Avoca River Cabins

Each riverside semi-detached unit has an open plan living/sleeping area and partly closed loft room. The thatch roof unit sleeps 4 people. It has 2 x single beds on the ground floor plus the first floor loft room has two beds and is accessible by staircase. Bedding and towels provided! The unit has a private shower / toilet. There is a private kitchenette and barbeque. These Semi detached units are charged at R1100 per unit per night (excluding breakfast).  

Happy Lands Farmstay - Nova Deluxe Room

Air-conditioned deluxe Family room with one King bed and an interleading room with two single beds - suitable for a family of 4. En-suite bathroom with shower only. We offer game drives to the Addo Elephant Park as well as to private game reserves.
