You enter our house,that is on the 1st floor without our presence. There is a safety box next to the house entrance with the key. Our house is very spacious and includes a sitting and dinnning area, three modern bedrooms with air condition and 1.5 bathrooms. It stands right on the Agrapidia beach. The only thing you will need, is your bathing suit and your flip flops. Important note: Please before booking , make sure that you have read all the information given about our house and the island.

Spa Villa Skaloma

The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

It is situated on the1st floor with an east-facing balcony and is blessed with epic sunrise views.  You will enjoy an unobstructed view of the village square, the beach & the Mediterranean Sea. The apt. is newly renovated, and its interior reflects Kefalonia's unique blend of nature: mountains, beach, sea and flowers. The "Oceanfront" apt. is your very own vacation home away from home, with all you need on your doorstep!

Country House Hortensia

Country House Hortensia is set in a fenced four-acre green estate. The stone residence is built on a hillside and its private beach is only 50 meters away from it. Outside there is a large barbeque that can meet the needs of every visitor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated inside the house. The large bedroom has a double size bed and in the living room there are 2 polyform sofas that can be used as beds. If someone wants to visit the nearby beaches or go fishing they can use our small boat.

Το Cozy_Studio είναι ένα μοντέρνο, φωτεινό διαμέρισμα 33τ.μ. στην περιοχή του Καστελοκάμπου της Πάτρας. Βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο, είναι διαμπερές και με όμορφη θέα. Απέχει μόλις 5χλμ. από το κέντρο της πόλης και 5 λεπτά οδικώς από το Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του Ρίου και το Πανεπιστήμιο. Είναι πολύ κοντά στις αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις του Προμηθέα, Τόφαλος και Golden tennis club. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά δίπλα σε σταθμό τρένου, στάση λεωφορείου και μόλις 80μ. από την παραλία.

Cosy house in a traditional sea-side village. Wonderful is the opportunity for the visitor to excurse to neighboring islands with his own or a rented boat. The house is situated 8m from the sea with a magnificent sea view! The house is spacious, it has its own bathroom and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are tavernas close by. The house is a 5 min drive to Nidri where tavernas and cafes line the water front and where ferries sail to neighboring islands.

Our Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Apartment Offers A Place To Relax. Our privately owned apartment has been beautifully furnished and will offer you a peaceful surrounding to enjoy the hum of natural life. We have comfortable living space for four adults. Set in a gated 'cul de sac' 200m from the beach, this first floor apartment is accessed via one flight of stairs. A pool with sunbeds, waits to pamper sun worshipers. A private parking space is provided.

A studio apartment with a view of the Ionian Sea, just 2 km from the historic centre of Preveza. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 130*190 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen. The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km.
