The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

We are 6 miles north of Chandler (Route 66). "Entire home" refers to the professionally built, 900 sq ft space over the garage which means stairs (within code). Our home is attached via a breezeway. We have 80 acres with pastures, 1 stocked pond and trails through the woods. We have 3 outdoor “always on” security cameras: 1 on the garage wall and (main house) front & back porches (not the N patio which guests can use). This is our home, we expect responsible and caring guests.

Comfy & cozy for two guests, or ideal for a personal retreat, "Sparrow Cottage" includes its own private patio with gas grill as well as a separate fenced sitting area outside with fire pit. Each cottage has an open, spacious floor plan that includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, with a Keurig coffee maker, a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub, a comfy sofa with pull out bed and a cozy gas fireplace. The cottages are located just off Lover’s Lane. Take a stroll, check out a fishing pole and head over to the pond, or take our canoe out for a spin.

Country Cabin-a perfect getaway

This small but roomy little cabin sits in the peaceful countryside of Perkins, about 20 minutes from OSU and Stillwater. It can spaciously accommodate 2 guest but a 3rd bed (air mattress)or a pack and play can be placed in the living room area for a child or another adult. There is plenty of yard to the right of the cabin for your use.
