The Little House in the Heart of Concordia

Our Little House started its life as a 2-car garage, on the alley behind our home, that we transformed into our vision of a cozy and peaceful retreat. This light filled studio is professionally designed, features art from local artists and designers, and is equipped with heating & AC, making it a very comfortable spot to relax and enjoy Portland. You'll have a fully detached private guest house with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space and be two blocks away from the vibrant Alberta district.

We're two Portland craftspeople trying to keep the OG Airbnb experience alive by offering thoughtfully designed private guest suites out of our home/studio. Explore the world-class restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the nearby Williams and Mississippi districts. Take a stroll around the award winning (and oldest) rose garden in the City of Roses across the street in Peninsula Park. At home, this second story studio has extra space in the meditation loft, a full kitchen, fast internet, and projector for streaming. Enjoy your private deck over the shared garden with hammock and H/C outdoor shower. Bus and train nearby with ample on-street parking.

Come stay in our sweet, new guesthouse! This is NOT a basement space. It has a real bedroom (not a studio) & full kitchen. The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.

Flat screen televisions on both levels with access to Hulu streaming services, a desktop computer, and a well-appointed kitchen with appliances and accessories for all your basic needs.
