A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

Casa da Encosta is located in the picturesque Aldeia do Penedo, on the hills of Sintra facing the Atlantic. The nearby beaches (Adraga, Praia Grande, Praia das Maçãs and others) are just 5 km away. This two bedroom house (plus a mezzanine) dates from the 1930’s and was passionately renovated in 2023 by Katrin Kaasa and Duarte Amaral Netto, your hosts. The house maintains the spirit of a cabin (low ceiling in the kitchen and some doors) but was carefully designed for comfort and stylish details.

My Villa, is set in Malveira da Serra, near several nice spots to visit, like Sintra, Cascais, Guincho beach and also Lisbon. Villa Malveira is a modern Portuguese country house and private holiday estate, very comfortable for large families or groups, always with Atlantic Ocean in the backdrop. My villa has shown in a few home decoration magazines, for the trendy country chic style of its interiors, relaxed atmosphere , and the original design of the pool and the gardens.

The Pool House is located on my plot on the outskirts of Cascais Center, within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, museums, beaches and a short 35-minute train ride to the center of Lisbon. In the plot there is the main house with direct entrance from the street, and three small Houses, each accessible from the street by the garden entrance: Pool House, Guest House and the Garden House Our 6 Guests in total are welcome to use the heated plunge pool all year round.
