The water is clear and clean, perfect for swimming and water activities. Very clean shoreline (no weeds). It's a beautiful, peaceful and private place.

Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, canoe, kayak and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

Cozy Apartment with No cleaning fee

Simple elegant space that can comfortably accommodate five adults. Two bedrooms one with a king bed and other with a twin size day bed with trundle twin bed slide in , and large deep couch. Each room has a TV. This unit is in the second floor, with a parking area for two cars, washer, dryer and 70" tv in living room. On top of a ridge of Sugar Maples is a 400 sq foot cabin sitting on a lovely piece of Canadian Shield. The cabin is open concept and is well appointed with a super comfy queen-sized bed, a wood stove, and an off-grid kitchen, additional sleeping is on a sofa bed. This is glamping at its finest! The cabin is located at the rear of our 20-acre property with trails and wildlife to explore. ***Please note that you will have to walk approximately 200 metres to the cabin from cabin.
