Middle Cottage - Peaceful location with garden

Middle Cottage sits in the village of tranquil Cornworthy. Out of the way of the tourist trail, this is a peaceful spot even in the height of the summer. 200-year-old Middle Cottage has been entirely renovated. Solid woods and crisp whites, and with painted and exposed stone walls, its modern living meets age-old character. There are gardens front and back, and views across the rolling countryside. The refurbished inn is close to hand, and it’s walking distance to two brilliant waterside pubs.

Smugglers’ Creek, Riverside Cottage, Stoke Gabriel

Smugglers’ Creek is a cosy traditional fisherman’s cottage on the riverside in the lovely village of Stoke Gabriel, South Hams. There is a slipway just outside the cottage where you can launch your dinghy or kayak, and you can also hire a kayak from the quay in summer. Directly opposite the cottage is the fab River Shack Cafe for delicious drinks and meals morning to night (Thurs to Sunday in winter)The village boasts 2 pubs and a restaurant, general store with P.O. and the Dart River Gallery.

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. The nearest beach is also within 20 mins. Dartmoor is 45 mins away with beautiful scenery and fabulous walks. The Granary is ideal as a quiet get-away or a base from which to explore the area.
