The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. Guest suite with a private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. It is less than a 10 minute walk from downtown Lodi. You get to enjoy the private backyard space. Suite is attached and includes extra space to relax and work. This tiny cozy Airbnb features a ceiling height of 6'8", while the main room offers a more spacious 8-foot ceiling. Taller guests should note that the door to the room is lower than standard height—please watch your head when entering!
