Downtown Historic Attic Suite

This upstairs suite is in an historic 1917 cottage, in downtown Anchorage, and is a rare find! Steps away from restaurants, bars, convention center, bus station, museum, bike trails, parks and pubs. It shares the building with a hair salon on the main level. With a private entrance, it is upstairs under the attic eaves, so the bathroom ceiling is slanted (FYI super tall people!) quality towels & linens, a full-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room, the queen bed is cool gel memory foam!

Ravenwood Suites

We aim for you to feel as though you’re visiting family. The property features a spacious yard with a swing set & sandbox for kids. Pat may greet you on arrival & is always happy to share his love of Alaska & local insights. Guests enjoy fast Wi-Fi, convenient laundry access, & the chance to see local wildlife right outside the back door — moose (often with calves), ravens, Steller’s jays, squirrels, & on rare occasions, a bear. With a comfortable private master bedroom, private bath and 2 additional rooms, with guest bath, open concept kitchen/dining/living spaces, plus a 100sq deck, the Condo is sure to please.

SaltWater Cottage

This one BR newly renovated cottage is in downtown, yet peaceful and private. Very well appointed, It overlooks the port, rail yard, and Cook Inlet. Steps away from bikes trails and within blocks of restaurants and city life, most downtown attractions are within walking distance. It is a few minutes walk to museums, convention centers, and the rail depot. Equipped with a king sized, cool memory foam mattress in the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, this vintage cottage is like brand new!

Chinook King Salmon Suite

This is a second story downtown deluxe suite with views of the beautiful Cook Inlet. 2 blocks from the court house, restaurants, art galleries, near the coastal trail. This beautiful top floor apartment has granite counters, wall fireplace, large outdoor deck, soaking tub, and full laundry. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. Take advantage of fall/winter rates. Visiting family in Anchorage, shopping or medical appointments.

Hodson's Hot Tub House

Our house will be a great addition to your vacation. We offer a hot tub and sauna. There is plenty of room to store your snowboarding gear, or just kick back and relax. There are two full bathrooms, a living room, and a workout room downstairs. We are 2.5 miles from the Dimond Shopping Center, 6.4 miles from Downtown, 4.9 miles from Hilltop Ski Hill, and and 38.8 miles from Alyeska Ski Resort. There are multiple activities and restaurants within 2 miles of the house.
