The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Perfect private guest suite on first floor of our home. We live upstairs and you can hear us, and may bump into us as the main entrance is shared. We are super friendly and stay pretty incognito. The suite is private and closed off from rest of house. It’s a 2BR, 1BA, and a small kitchenette including a microwave, plug-in hot pad, mini fridge and sink. Access to the laundry room and parking. You're a 20-minute drive from downtown Anchorage, and near nature. Bonus we have an very nice dog.🐶

Our fully equipped mother in law studio unit is 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to Kincaid Park (1,516.78 acres of trails for cycling, running, hiking, disc golf, or simply taking in the scenery & wildlife). We are also within walking distance to fine & casual dining as well as a local coffee house. A few nights stay or as a "home base", we offer a comfortable home away from home for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We hope to be your hosts!

This south Anchorage guest suite is super cozy. Private entrance with a code for self check in. There is a King size bed and in the loft is a Queen size mattress. There is a fully functioning kitchen with everything you need for making your own meals. A washer and dryer. Tea, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Apple TV, DVD player with DVD's and access to WiFi. Fred Meyer grocery is .7 mile away (15 min walk); Costco is 1.7 miles. Behind your interior “front door” is your Queen bed; TV room; kitchenette; and bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and the best backside feature ever: heated bidet toilet. I live and work upstairs. There's plenty of space for all.

Private entrance includes an outside seating area for morning coffee. Inside provides many amenities to make your stay comfortable. Please, no scented candles or incense as the upstairs tenant is extremely allergic.
