If you sit quietly on the screened porch at dusk, you’ll have a good chance of seeing the owl too! Lake access is within a 5 minute walk (you can also drive). This cabin is a great place to get away from it all and enjoy all that lake life has to offer. Fishing, boating, swimming, and more are at your doorstep.

Lakeside Luxury: Spacious 6-Bdrm Lodge with Dock

Nestled on the serene shores of Norris lake, this magnificent 6-bedroom lodge embodies rustic elegance. The spacious interior is a blend of modern comfort and classic cabin charm. A private dock beckons for leisurely boat rides or fishing expeditions, while a sprawling backyard provides ample space for outdoor activities. The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.
