The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. The cottage is located next to world-class coastal walking and bike tracks that showcase our magnificent coastline. There are beautiful beaches and headland walks to explore nearby. It is not a farm & there can be some road noise in the day.

We’re delighted to welcome you to our beautiful ground floor apartment. It is an easy 300 meter walk to Epiq Marketplace - with shops including Woolworths/BWS - and just a 4 minute drive to the beach and gorgeous Lennox Village with its fabulous cafes, boutiques and outstanding restaurants. Don’t pack bulky beach towels or a beach umbrella, as they are supplied! Come visit! There’s building construction across the road from us but please park in our driveway when you return from your day trips!

I should mention that you need to climb up 10 wooden steps to enter the studio.
