In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Cozy apartment with mountain view

This apartment is located in the outskirts of Salzburg, with a direct bus connection to the city centre of Salzburg. From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A traditional restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The DesignerOutlet Centre and other shopping malls are just a few kilometres away and ideally reachable by bus. The apartment is perfectly suitable for business travellers, couples, musicians, families or single travellers.

Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. Hab Spaß mit der ganzen Familie in dieser stilvollen Unterkunft. Natur pur am Dreiseithof ganz aus Holz mit Pferden, Hühnern, und ganz viel Platz für eure Kinder. Direkt vom Anwesen gehts auf die zahlreichen Wanderwege des Schellenberges. Simbach am Inn / Braunau mit allen Geschäften sind 8 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Rottaler Bäderdreieck ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg und München unter einer Stunde erreichbar.

Garconniere in private house

We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.

Unser Schwalbennest soll euch aus dem schnelllebigen Alltag holen und mit dem urigen Holz Sichtdachstuhl etwas Ruhe wiedergeben. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon im Dachgeschoss zeigt im Hintergrund den Untersberg in Berchtesgaden sowie den Gaisberg in Salzburg. Wir wollen euch in unserem Haus willkommen heißen und hoffen euch mit unserer Holzliebe ein Stück Berchtesgaden näher zu bringen.

Piding ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten: Schwimmen, Wandern, Radfahren, die Altstadt von Salzburg erreichen Sie in 15 Minuten.
