Historic Home 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with the best location in Idaho Springs, just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants or just relax on the front porch. The Home was built in 1874 and as you can see completely remodeled. Ski season is here and with that, just 20 to 40 minutes to all ski areas. Ideal Hot Springs Home

Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

You’ll love my place because of the newly renovated fun road trip theme, the quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of Mt Evans and surrounding mountain areas. Smithrock Bed and Breakfast (sleeps 8!)

This house was built in 1885 and remodeled in 2020! The ground floor bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and queen bed. The upstairs loft has a daybed, and the 2 queen bedrooms upstairs have their own toilet. There is a shared shower upstairs. Please be aware there is no air conditioning and some windows do not open due to the historic nature of the home. Please be aware that the backyard area is shared with another home.
