There is a bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs. Upstairs: 3bedrooms, open concept kitchen/living room. The beach is 2 blocks away. Address is 5909 Havana Dr. Located on the corner of Havana/Sunset. City Noise Ordinance begins at 11pm on Fri/Sat. 10pm during the week. Please no outside guests or parties.

Relájate con toda la familia en este alojamiento donde la tranquilidad se respira disfruta de la alberca, jacuzzi (alberca y jacuzzi no tienen calefaccion) y palapa, a 30 minutos de la playa, 30 minutos de Space X...a solo minutos del sunrise mall y shopping area, a unas cuadras de HEB supercenter y Walmart. No se permiten eventos, fiestas ni música a volumen alto ya que la propiedad esta en zona residencial.
