We are close by to accommodate any needs you may have but also far enough away to ensure your privacy. Landscaped, fully fenced yard with deck, BBQ and fire pit area. We are minutes away from award winning wineries, beaches, Lopez Lake and San Luis Obispo. We encourage folks from all walks of life to enjoy the serenity of our ranch and a little bit of country living.

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained

Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am. Great location! We are 4 miles to the beach and central to local wineries and breweries. You can literally walk to the village of Arroyo Grande. We allow pets--however, no pets July 4th or New Years Eve weekends due to local fireworks. Please contact us first if you have a furry friend. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Extra guests will need to walk through bedroom for use.

Enjoy a very comfortable room in our Bunkhouse located behind the historic Victorian Estate. A shared front porch and a private back deck allow you to enjoy the outdoors in our uniquely mild climate. Our comfortable queen size murphy bed can be converted to a desk during the day. Our saloon style building is completely renovated with a contemporary glass shower in a spacious bath.

The guest room offered is a turn-key apartment, connected to our home but with a separate entrance and no door from the main home. Complete privacy!
