The location is adjacent to the Kennebunk River, and two miles from the Kennebunk beaches, downtown Kennebunk and downtown Kennebunkport. The apartment has a private full bath and kitchen set up, and a shared but secluded outdoor shower with hot water, which is a unique but INCREDIBLE way to shower or rinse off after a long day in the sun. We are located on Route 1, conveniently close to downtown Kennebunk, dining, and groceries. The beach is a 10-12 minute drive.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

As unique 3 bedroom upstairs apartment attached to Bandaloop Restaurant in Arundel. This beautiful 1700’s space has been newly renovated with a mix of Danish mid-century, barn wood, and a little industrial, much like it’s neighbors.
