This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Quiet hidden country Resort. In the middle of local Amish community. Summertime, enjoy farm fresh Amish grown produce n flowers right down the road. We are also just 30 minutes from the heart of Holmes County. Largest Amish community in the world. Great place for friends and family to get together and relax either just sitting under the shade trees or by the heated indoor pool or in the cozy octagon sunroom. Outside grounds are perfect place for outdoor wedding or reception or family reunions.
