Single loft with two twin beds that can easily be put together to make a king and a comfy queen size sofa bed on the main floor. Wood stove is the primary heat. It has a dock and a sandy beach for people of all ages. Enjoy stunning sunsets while sitting on the deck and then a riverside bonfire to cap off the day. We are a five-minute drive to Hastings and a ten-minute drive to Campbellford where you will find all types of stores including hardware, grocery, bakery, restaurants and more!

Decorated with a beachy boho meets mid-century vibe, it's cozy and airy at the same time! The private deck offers the perfect place to listen to the birds and read a good book. The Nook is on our 1 acre, lakefront property, alongside our home. We hope you love it here as much as we do!

Set in the bucolic community of Campbellford, Ontario, this large two-story fully equipped Victorian house comes with all the amenities you would have at home, in a gorgeous country setting. The house is perched on the banks of the beautiful Trent River where the sunsets are stunning! Parking is available for one to two small cars. There is street parking as well.
