As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

Not suitable for infants/ children. Set for two adults only, Red House Roost has private entry, adorable and cozy apartment with the capacity to sleep two, nestled above our garage. It sits apart from main home. The views of the town and river are fabulous. Stroll to the river walk, downtown shopping, restaurants, pubs, micro breweries. Beach access is 20 minutes away.
