This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for hanging out, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

5th floor walk up. Not a good apt for someone who can not handle exercise. If you’re looking for a sleek, minimalist hotel experience, this isn’t it. We’re in a lively part of Astoria, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants to enjoy. After a short walk to the Ditmars N/W stop, the train is 15-20 minutes to Manhattan.

The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!
