Being in the Glenlivet Estate & also in the Cairngorm National Park there is lots to offer, walking, cycling, bird watching, skiing, also for STARGAZING & of course our National Scottish Drink "WHISKY" lots of Distilleries to Visit.

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Kimberley House, Findhorn

Luxury retreat in Findhorn. The cottage comprises two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both en-suite, and a large open plan dining/living space and kitchen upstairs. The property is architecturally striking and has been designed and built by a local architect and finished to a very high standard including luxurious linens and toiletries. Retaining much of its original character the property makes an ideal base for a great Scottish holiday and exploring the quiet and unspoilt Moray coast.

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.
