The space is a converted garage underneath our house with a private entrance & a small ensuite bathroom. Free onsite parking is available for one car in the carport The room has a double bed & fridge w tea & coffee making facilities. There is a also a Smart TV w Netflix, and TVNZ+ Note, building work is being carried out on the section next door to us which may result in some construction noise during your stay. This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Enjoy a private outdoor space, the accommodation in the style of mid century, a living space with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king single beds, a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric jug, electric frypan, toaster and coffee plunger. There are plates/ utensils etc. Barbeque, hot plates and saucepans on request. Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies (a cot is available) nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.

One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.
