The house offers 3 bedrooms (4 beds total), full kitchen(all new appliances), living room with large smart TV and pull out couch, 3 spacious decks for dinning and lounging, a grass yard, and outdoor shower. The house also features ample parking that can accommodate all guests, even with boats and trucks!

Welcome to my home on Hatteras Island, located in the village of Frisco directly on Pamlico Sound in a residential neighborhood. You have a private entrance and screened-in porch, as well as a shared sundeck. My house is on a ridge & your room is on the 2nd floor, giving you spectacular views of the sound. From the property, you can easily kayak or SUP. Both the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are only a short drive away. There are also many shops, galleries, and eateries to explore.

Above the garage apartment with private entrance. There are 18 stairs that you must climb to get to the apartment. You will have access to our back yard and side yard for grilling if you would like to bring one. We are about a mile from beach access for 4x4 driving and walk on access. We are 7 miles from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and 6 miles from the ferry terminal in Hatteras.
