Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

The cottage is located in Axminster. The accommodation is 8 km from Lyme Regis, and guests benefit from freshly refurbished decor, field with an outdoor area and private parking is also available on site. This holiday home is equipped with 1 bedroom, a kitchen with dishwasher, air frier, a TV, a seating area, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided, 39m from another cottage. “Harbour Inn Free House” (situated on the beach front) is 15 mins drive from the cottage.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The views are out of this world and all viewable from the large glass doors so you can stay tucked up in bed or on the sofa in front of the fire, with great wifi, free access to our beautiful heated pool and sauna in the pool house, beautiful walks both from the carriage or a short drive to the coast path, pub lunches, sunsets, fairy lights and romantic outdoor bath.
