A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching.
