The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Das Haus am See gehört meiner Frau und mir. Mein Sohn und seine Frau koordinieren für uns die Vermietung (Co-Hosts). Die untere Wohnung im Haus ist vermietet, die obere nutzen wir gelegentlich. Wir würden uns freuen, Euch als Gäste in der oberen Wohnung zu begrüßen. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, 100 qm2 groß, bietet viel Platz, Licht und einen Ausblick über den See und in die Berge – großartig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wohn-/Esszimmer, Balkon, Küche, Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer & eine Sauna.

Gemütliches Doppelbett aus Vollholz. Eine Sofalandschaft lädt nach den ausgiebigen Ausflügen in der unmittelbar vor der Haustür liegenden wunderschönen Natur zum verweilen ein. Im großen Garten wartet ein großer Esstisch unter den Bäumen, eine Hängematte und eine Feuerstelle auf den gemütlichen Tagesausklang.

Ihr werdet meine Unterkunft lieben: Bayerische Gemütlichkeit, ein komfortables Bett (140 x 200), eine gut ausgestattete Küche, der Kamin, ein großzügig überdachter Balkon, die Ruhe, natürlich die Berge und Seen... Mein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement ist ganzjährig ein romantischer Rückzugsort für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.
