There is nice long walkway all by the sea from Barbat util Rab town. A lot of very good restaurants nearby , caffe bars , supermarkets, bars, pizzeria.. etc - all walking distance. Ideal for families and kids. There are several free parking spaces&paid parking ( 0.40 cents/h only to pay 8am -8 pm or 6 eur day.

Ground floor house of 80m2 + 20m2 covered terrace + 600m2 garden It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room + kitchen. In one bedroom there is a double bed 180 cm wide and in the other room there is a bunk bed with the lower double bed (width 140 cm), the living room has a sofa bed The kitchen and living room are in a modern rustic style with sea motives.
