Lake House on Lake Winnipesaukee - Renovated!

Beautiful 5 bedroom home in Center Harbor (between Lake Winnipesaukee and Squam Lake) available for rent. We just finished completely rehabbing interior, and freshly painted and landscaped exterior(2022). The house directly overlooks Center Harbor Village on one side and is just steps from Lake Winnipesaukee on the other side. Sweeping views of the Lake, it comfortably sleeps 12 people and is large enough for 2/3 families vacationing together. PLEASE NOTE: 7 night minimum in summer weeks.

You’ll love my home because it is a beautiful secluded log cabin located in a peaceful mountain setting. You will not see another home or passing traffic. Spectacular views of the 9th and 13th tallest mountains in the Northeast. Couples, solo adventurers and families (with kids) are welcome. Have a campfire under the stars. COGs Family Orchard and Apiary: entire house

This is our vacation home which we are happy to share with you. It is a 1890s traditional farmhouse with the added "big" room for indoor fun. You will have use of the entire home for 6 guests with the option for up to 10 guests. The main house has a living room w/ wood burning stove; dining room, game/ sitting room. There are 3 bedrooms + a walk-through sitting room w/futon couch. Walk through the mudroom to get to the "big room" which has basketball hoops, foosball tables & TV.
