Beachy Barn

With wonderful views over the South Downs, this beautiful flint and oak cottage sleeps 6 people in one double room, one single room and one triple room. There are two bathrooms, a downstairs utility room with WC and large open plan kitchen with an extendable dining table. From the kitchen there are three steps down to a comfortable seating area with French doors leading onto a terrace and garden. Dogs are welcome and will receive their own welcome basket, but there is a £45 surcharge per pet.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
