Newly remodeled Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Welcome to Kendra's Kabin! An adorable treehouse located at Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort. 1 exit to the U of A. While we offer DISH tv with several channels we do not have reliable Wi-Fi. If you require Wi-Fi for streaming, work or school, please bring your own device. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING! 2 dogs allowed. No aggressive breeds. Weight limit is 30 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash and not left unattended while outside. Must be in a kennel if left alone inside.
