The Carriage House Suites - the South Suite

Welcome to the Carriage House Suites located on the edge of beautiful Blyth Ontario. The suites are next to the historical former Grand Trunk Railway Station that is converted into a home. There is so much to do in Blyth and surrounding area, from dining, live theatre, a craft brewery, to shopping, and beautiful trails. The suites are a short twenty minute drive to the beaches of Lake Huron. There are two suites available, the South Suite and the North Suite. The suites are listed separately.

Watch the ducks, frogs, herons, birds, turtles & a variety of wildlife. Enjoy the stars & roast marshmallows at the camp fire. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, wood stove, fire pit and 3 piece bathroom. Spend a starry night in the country with the comfort of a soft bed, a wood stove, and plenty of space both indoors and out. Our yurt is located in a pocket of trees next to rolling farm fields and beautiful conservation land that the Rocklyn creek meanders through. You can prepare your meals in a sweet outdoor kitchen that is entirely screened in- or choose to sit by the fire. Bruce Trail access is just around the corner, and the towns of Meaford and Owen Sound are a short scenic drive away.

We have created a very unique getaway a long the shores of Lake Huron. In combining glamping and romance you will be able to enjoy the number one rated sunsets of Lake Huron. A bunky with 4 bunk beds is included should you choose to use it. Bring your hiking boots or snow shoes and check out the near by trails! Private beach access steps away!

Our Guest House (690 sq. ft.) with 12 foot ceilings is filled with all the conveniences. Imagine being able to walk in a few minutes to the historic downtown shopping square, restaurants, Lake Huron, concert venues, recreational trails... Your retreat has WiFi, TV, kitchen, large convection oven, French Press for coffee, radiant heating on the floor, air conditioning, ceiling fan, comfortable workspace and free parking. Bunkie in the Country

Now open! The bunkie has a great view of the sunrise. It's a quiet rural area (please note it is a GRAVEL road). Good for couples, solo adventurers, hunters, someone looking to be outside of town. The bunkie is located approx. 30 feet behind our home. We have 1 large dog on site (lives in the house). For allergenic reasons and safety of other animals, we do not allow pets. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues (small hill & stairs). The bunkie has heat and A/C!

Blyth Brook Cottage

This rural property is a relaxing getaway located behind an abandoned railway just minutes from the historic and theatrical village of Blyth. This beautiful loft is nestled beside a picturesque spring-fed pond, surrounded by all that nature has to offer. Previously an apple orchard, Blyth Brooke Orchards, the cottage was once a loading and holding shed for the apples! Over the years it has been transformed into a beautiful living space in the country.
