The local restaurant is a 2-minute walk, the cable car is 10 minutes drive and goes directly into the Old City. His family adjusted the project to make some sort of Milovan’s contemporary sustainable museum as he wanted it to be. 4 en-suite bedrooms and 170 m2 of “closed space” is in synergy and continues with 200 m2 of terraces.
