Come stay in a quiet, peaceful cottage in a sunny backyard on a great street in Berkeley. There's a large skylight and lots of light. The cottage has its own entrance accessed from the backyard, and is separate from the house. You can spend time relaxing on the outdoor furniture. We're about a mile from Berkeley Bowl, close to UCB, restaurants, shops. The cottage is very relaxing. People love staying here.

The residence is a classic 1927 North Berkeley Bungalow lovingly remodeled from the foundation up leaving only the original exterior painted redwood boards while upgrading the entire interior and the Exterior ONLY will be monitored by four motion activated floodlight cameras (front, back, side and garage back door on the patio).
