We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Skylark cabin is a romantic peaceful getaway in the middle of the South Downs National Park ,close to stunning village of Eastdean There are uninterrupted views to the sea and Belle Tout light house. Skylark cabin is close to Eastbourne for theatres and the Towner art gallery and many exceptional eateries and public houses including the Lamb Inn-built in 1180 stones throw from Beachy head , Seven Sisters and Birling Gap You are literally immersed in this area of outstanding natural beauty

Annexe with own entrance

A delightful self contained annexe with own entrance nestling at the foot of the South Downs, a stroll away from the Old Town of Eastbourne with its array of pubs/eating places. The main town of Eastbourne is a 20 minute walk away and for the energetic you can be on the Downs in matter of moments. Fully refurbished for 2024. The annexe offers a double bed, lounge area with smart TV. Dining table for 2 which doubles as a work space with USB charging points. Fully fitted kitchen and shower room.

Giddy Cottage

Giddy Cottage is a single storey cottage, with single a step in the hallway and to the living room. It sleeps four, with one double room and one twin room. There is a bath and an overhead shower along with a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine. The living room features a smart TV and French doors leading out onto the terrace and garden. Dogs are welcome and they will receive a welcome basket, there is a surcharge of £45 per pet. Ample parking is available with the car park close by.

Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake to magical lake views from the bedroom. In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Jeffreys Barn - Rural location

Jeffreys Barn is a 1 Bedroom bungalow conversion, The open plan living area and Kitchen has all you will need, induction hob, fridge (icebox), dishwasher, microwave, Kettle and Toaster. you have a large comfortable sofa to sit back and relax after a long day with use of a smart TV or just relax with the patio doors open. Jeffreys Barn sleeps 2 on a firm king-size bed. Bed Lien and Towels included. From the bedroom you access the bathroom where you will a luxury roll top bathtub and Shower.

Recently renovated, the studio is a tranquil space to put your feet up after a day in nature. You’ll have your own entrance and a sunny patio - perfect for a morning cuppa or evening wine.

Garden room has king size OR 2 singles -shower room & heating. Tea/coffee/Courtyard space, bistro seating. Buddy's Rest is at the rear of our property 1 night may be available. A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Shepherds Cottage

Shepherd’s Cottage is tucked below the slopes of the South Downs at Firle Beacon in a remote spot on an ancient Byway between Firle and Alfriston. It is a special place to enjoy the views, walks and culture of this part of the South Downs on the Firle Estate, former home and retreat of the colourful Bloomsbury Group. The cottage has been carefully restored to capture the unique history, character and beauty of the location and immerse you in this unique landscape.
