Sunny Beach Holiday Home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and can host a maximum of 5 guests. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds. A foldable bed can be set up in one of the bedrooms if required. Please let us know when making your booking. The home features a comfortable lounge area with sofas, a Smart TV, and a Bluetooth sound bar, as well as an open-plan dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a BBQ on the deck for guests to enjoy. We provide milk, tea bags, and instant coffee. If you prefer to make your own coffee, a coffee machine is available for your use. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. For families and groups, we also offer a Wii gaming console and a selection of children’s toys for everyone to enjoy together. A work desk is available in the corner of the living area if you need to catch up on work during your stay. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Friendly Reminder: From time to time, you may notice small wildlife animals around the outside of the property. This is a normal part of the local environment, and we appreciate your understanding.

Perched over Kingston Beach, this beautiful, self-contained studio has fabulous views over Kingston Beach and the Tasman Peninsula. Our renovated apartment is just 20 m from glorious Blackman's Bay beach; at the quiet end. You can sit in the garden, enjoy the ocean view and at night be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Perfect place to just relax. Please note that during peak periods we may require a minimum stay of 6 nights; ie/. between December 24th to 30th.
