This is an older 1970s modular home. It is comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a family, group or couple exploring the area. The kitchen has updated appliances with a gas stove/oven, fridge w freezer and a table with seating for four (no dishwasher). As the description eludes to, this is a former grandmother residence.there is NO wifi. There is a baby pack-n-play in the back bedroom closet.

The home is a 10 acre oasis shaded by mature trees and cooled by carpet of grass. The home is located 10 minutes from Swasey's Beach (an absolute must.) We are within an hour from Arches, Canyonlands, Moab, Goblin Valley, and San Rafeal Swell. Our home is newly updated with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home also has an amazing living space with central air, 55" smart TV, and fast wifi.
