Cozy private guest apartment (990 sf) with use of lakeshore and seasonal dock (June-September). Two private bedrooms, full kitchen, dining & washer/dryer. 8.6 miles to town. Only 35 minutes to Schweitzer parking. Walking trails, skiing and golf nearby. Lots of wildlife. This unit is suited to people who enjoy outdoor recreation. StarLink internet access.There is a flight of stairs to access the apartment not suitable for wheelchair access. Please no Smoking, Pets, Parties or unregistered guests!

La Luna Tiny Cabin

Cozy, rustic, cabin in a Cedar forest on 20 acres next to a creek. Heaven for the Nature lover. 1 Mile to lake. Great swimming, fishing and paddle boarding. 25 min. to Sandpoint, 20 minutes to Priest River, 1 hr. to Priest Lake, 55 minutes to CDL and 1.5 hours to Spokane airport. Outdoor hot water shower disabled mid Oct.-May 1. You can still get a shower at the main cabin by appointment. This cabin now has power! A private wood fired Sauna is available, by apt. $60 a couple $40 solo.

Public beach & boat launch <1 mile away. Walk to the Tyee coffee shop or historic Leonard Paul Store. Ride from the house to many miles of trails on your ATV/snowmobiles. The house is clean & modern with a rustic cabin feel to it. Cozy fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, gas BBQ on the deck. Plenty of parking.

Chapel by the Pier

A converted artist studio filled with stained-glass windows salvaged from a local church, Chapel by the Pier lives up to its name. Located just down the street from Third Street Pier, a favorite South Sandpoint swimming hole, the space is also within easy walking distance of downtown. Stroll, or hop on one of the two provided bicycles, to nearby restaurants, bars and boutiques. Few places offer this level of character in such a central location, and all furnishings and appliances are brand new.

South Sandpoint Studio
