The flat comfortably accommodates 3-4 people, although there are 5 potential bed spaces. It has a fine outlook: the front window looks onto the river and cobbled streets of Leith, Edinburgh's port city, now regenerated into an upmarket residential and recreational area. The sights of central Edinburgh are just a 20-minute ride away - buses leaving every few minutes from right outside the door; trams all the way to the airport a 2 minute walk away. It's found in a Victorian building dated 1888, on a quiet cul-de-sac street only 7 minutes walk from Holyrood Palace. Decorated with a taste for vintage, it features a main bedroom, box room, open plan kitchen and living room and 1 bathroom.

We hope our 2nd floor flat ( no lift) provides you with the perfect base to explore Edinburgh and surrounding areas, visit family, work, play, relax or whatever brings you here. The apartment is just off Leith Walk, within walking distance of Princes Street. Entrance to the building is through the coded side gate which adds another level of security to the building,entrance to the garage is with a fob with space for one car. This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built.
