Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Lovingly converted in 2021, Krow Kerrik was originally the cart house for Woolgarden , a farm nestled near the edge of Bodmin moor. Accommodating between 4 and 6 people, there are 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite, a mezzanine level with 2 chair beds, a shower room and stunning open plan kitchen and living space. The private garden with patio, seating and BBQ overlooks farmland. Perfectly situated in a quiet corner of North Cornwall, it is within easy distance of beautiful beaches and open moorland.

Two cosy bedrooms, modern shower room and all-important boot/ utility room are on the ground floor. The decor is stylish and simple, with excellent quality fittings and linens. A great base for exploring Tintagel, Boscastle, Port Isaac and Bodmin Moor. A self-contained, single-level property that is close to Davidstow & Bodmin Moor and a short drive to Boscastle, Tintagel, Bude and Camelford. It is well placed for local walks and excursions. There is outside space to enjoy along with views to Roughtor, the moor & the tallest hill in Cornwall, Brown Willy. The grassland around the property is perfect for active little legs (children or pets) to have a good stretch - we've even got enough tarmac for bikes, skateboards and roller-skates!
