It has a newly remodeled bathroom, separate entrance/musroom, easy parking, a partial kitchen. There are no shared spaces and we are a quick bike or bus ride to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! Please note: as the apartment is connected to main living area, muffled sound travels between the spaces. We honor quiet hours between 10-7. Most guests don’t find this to be an issue. As you’ll see in the photos, the Murphy bed can be folded up during the day for more space.
