Glide through the trees, from the fun kids treehouse, on our 100 ft zip-line, or wind down by immersing yourself in nature with a good soak in our wood-fired Dutch tub. Welcome to Byre, a beautifully converted 2BR cottage situated on a secluded 9-acre equestrian smallholding. Once a cowshed it has been visualised over 18 years to become the perfect countryside getaway, surrounded by horses and the stunning New Forest. Conveniently located just 20 min away from popular attractions such as Paultons Park, Salisbury Cathedral, or 30mins to Southampton + Cruise terminal, Bournemouth & Stonehenge. Byre is the ideal base to explore outdoors or relax in tranquillity

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Orchard Barn Spa, exclusively for you, New Forest

Orchard Barn offers a couple the perfect romantic retreat, including a new Spa Barn with hot tub and sauna, for your exclusive use during your stay. Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

Lovely Petite Self Contained Studio Annexe with private access & courtyard Patio in a quiet cul-de-sac in Fordingbridge near to the New Forest providing comfortable compact, cosy accommodation for two guests. A 15-20 minute walk to town provides shops, Cafe's, Pubs alongside The River Avon. There's a Pub/Restaurant a 5 min walk which serves Breakfast & Evening Meals. The New Forest is a 10 minute drive providing wonderful walks and cycle routes. A 20 minute drive to our Blue Flagged Beaches.

With spectacular far reaching views Stride’s Barn is situated 9 miles from the Cathedral City of Salisbury and 15 miles from Southampton . An ideal base to explore the local areas including many walks, pubs , restaurants, golf clubs and other tourist attractions such as Stonehenge and Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World . Can be rented with additional listing ‘The Cowshed’ (sleeps 2) .

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Dating from the 16th century, Stable Cottage adjoins the rest of the property but has its own front door and is a completely private and self contained space. Downstairs has an entrance hall, sitting room, with original beams and kitchen; upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, bathroom and separate shower room. Perfect for 2/3 adults (3 adults max) or for a family with a baby/child. Close to Salisbury and the New Forest, it's the place to explore Wiltshire.

Arden Studio is nestled in the grounds of my cottage - Arden Cottage. It is situated with direct access to the New Forest. With a separate bedroom offering a king size bed and a small open plan sitting room and kitchenette with a hob and microwave. it makes the perfect cosy retreat. The sofa can be converted into extra sleeping if required and extra bedding is provided. There is a a small private outdoor area to enjoy during the summer months. Dogs are welcome...

Idyllic cottage in the New Forest

A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast. We have a friendly local village shop and pub within walking distance, and a fabulous ‘water-hole’ for swimming a few mins walk down the lane.
