Sofiahuset med fjordutsikt - 30 min fra Bergen

Sofiahuset har tilhørt familien vår siden 1908. Huset har blitt pusset opp i nyere tid, men vi har tatt vare på det gamle særpreget og historien etter bestemor Sofia. Huset ligger praktisk plassert, kun 30 miutter kjøretid fra Bergen sentrum. 40 minutter til Bergen lufthavn Flesland. Stedet er et ideelt utgangspunkt for fjellturer, for å utforske Bergen og fjordene, eller kun nyte fred og ro og fjordutsikt på Norges største innlandsøy. Flåm, Voss, Hardanger og Trolltunga er i dagsturavstand.

Adorable, Charming, rare historic house from 1779

Welcome to the historic Bergen house, dating back to around 1780, located in the charming Sandviken area just a stone's throw from the bustling city center among local residents. You'll have the entire house to yourself, complete with a cozy outdoor terrace. The property is secluded from street noise, tucked away in a small alley. Its convenient location offers easy access to supermarkets, a bus stop, hiking trails, and city bike parking. Additionally, you can find paid street parking nearby.

Tiny but cozy studio with a "cold kitchen" (no cooking but it's possible to make a sandwich and a cup of coffee). There is wifi and a smart tv with various channels. There is sporadic parking possibilities ( not always available) and only by agreement. 150kr pr. day. There’s public parking near by. Close to Bergen Aquarium and Nordnes Sjøbad (outdoor public swimmingpool with access to the sea). Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all kinds of activities in the center of Bergen.

Huset er 12 kvm i grunnflate. Enkel matlaging er mulig og butikk like rundt hjørnet.Med alle byens restauranter like utenfor. Fisketorget er 500 m unna. Det er mulig å sette fra seg bagasjen under tak i låst bakgård om tidlig ankomst. Utesofa under glasstak med varmeovner. Finn den blå døren og kos deg sentralt i Bergen.

Double bed (queen size bed 140 cm wide), bathroom w/shower and small kitchen. Near grocery shops, attractions (ie Bryggen, Fløyen, Håkonshallen) and public transport. Our house is on a trafficked road where cars drive past, so you will hear traffic. We also live above your space, so you will hear us in the house from time to time. Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Its special atmosphere is enhanced by its rural location amidst farmland and wild nature, while you will find Bergen city centre only 30 mins. away. Unwind and get close to each other and the elements of nature, without wifi or TV. Pastures w/ sheep and hens just off the property. You will experience privacy, calm and rural nature at "The Cliff".

Originally built in 1792, this Pocket House was once named "Smallest House in Bergen" by the local media. Situated in calm Sandviken the city center is a 5 minute bus ride or a 10 minute bike ride away. The nearest bus stop is a short 2 minute walk, and there is also a city bike parking spot practically right outside the house. Whether you want to experience Bergen by sea or Bergen by mountain this house is well situated to accommodate both.
