The house has a surface of a 135m2 and it consists of a kitchen well equipped, dining room with a living room and one bedroom with a bathroom. Trough a steps you will come on the second floor of the house where is situated one bedroom with a 2 single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. Here is also one more bathroom with a shower and washing machine. You will find here under the roof a small couch and very romantic corner.

Luxuriously rebuilt and refurbished Heritage stone Villa Cranzetti**** and Bungalow**** can sleep 10 in 5 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and living rooms have sofa beds. The property has a private pool with sun deck and barbecue; beautiful garden with palm, olive, chestnut and walnut trees, sage, lavender, rosemary and laurel bushes; all surrounded by a stone wall.

Villa Emili is a modern and elegant villa suitable for 8 to 10 guests. The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and consists of a spacious living room, kitchen, dining area, and four bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, barbecue, and a children's playground. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers private parking for two cars.

Villa Lord House is situated on the edge of a small village in the heart of Istria. The whole plot is fenced (new 1.6 meter high fence) and private. In the cozy garden, surrounded only by green nature, there is a large swimming pool. Sunbeds and parasols are everywhere. A gazebo, with a large table and a charcoal grill, is placed directly above the pool.
