Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Enjoy Bristol's working harbor area while staying in the second floor guest suite of our historic, recently-renovated 1807 home. Just steps from the Prudence Island Ferry dock, historic Robin Rug mill, restaurants, shops, and the East Bay bike path, and a five-minute drive to Roger Williams University or Colt State Park. (Situated halfway between Providence and Newport — a perfect location!) *Note: Our lovely main floor/front staircase can be rented for wedding and other photography sessions.

We renovated our basement to be a private in-law suite for our mother, with its own entrance (in 2024!) She’s not able to use our 2 bed unit anymore, so we’ve listed it on Airbnb! The space is a thoughtfully designed and decorated apt with privacy in a quiet area, with all the amenities you may need. Our goal is that you’d always feel comfortable, safe, and peaceful!

Welcome to Main Street on the Park! The morning sun will greet you in the bright apartment in our big white house with a yellow front door. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a convenient place to stay if you are in the area for business. A large fenced yard abuts a public park complete with tennis courts, track and walking trail. Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.
