Welcome to the Old Granary Barn at Phepson Farm. A rural retreat set in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. Our regenerative farm is the perfect place to get into nature and take a break from busy lives. We have a wildlife walk around our lake as well as footpaths to explore off the farm, one to the local pub! We also have a Pilates studio at Phepson, there to meet your wellness needs! Our barns have been converted to retain original features and given a fresh, country feel.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).
