It is 100% on solar energy, with air conditioning (limited use), hot water, wifi, a large terrace, and a private sit-in pool overlooking the vine valley. You will be surrounded by vines, roses, rosemaries, herbs, trees, butterflies and birds. It is a fully-equipped and stylish home. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
